In your location, it is far more likely to be the Narrow Bordered 5-spot Burnet. Can you discount either ?

The book I have does not have the Narrow Bordered 5-spot Burnet (a better book is in the post)
Looking at other posts here it is more likely to be Narrow Bordered 5-spot Burnet. I see them frequently but have never seen one with merged spots.
