Thyme Leaved Speedwell (Veronica serpyllifolia)
Description:

In gravel outside an isolated building. The gravel would probably pass through a 1" (2.5cm) sieve. New leaves green; older ones red. Leaves appear fairly fleshy. Pale blue flowers in groups at the end of stalks.
