c 8mm long, antenna same again. Came to light. Forward longhorn type antenna (doesn't seem to fit Callista)

Yes this is a heavily coloured caddis, more so than is typical of most caddis and does look quite like a micro moth due to the patterning. The info is all from The Adult Trichoptera of Britain and Ireland by Barnard and Ross 2012, its a great book.
The light is making the wings look darker than they are. Interjectus really is black like bilineatus - and very rare.
