Not sure about the Cladophora. It would need a microphotograph. There is an Elodea and fragments of Myriophylum spicatum. Possibly also Potamogeton pectinatus.
Thanks. It was a bit of a wild guess. I did notice the Elodea, but not the others.

A green, perhaps slimy, freshwater alga. I don't think this is Cladophora but, in any case and as JB suggests, we need more close up views.
A bit late to suggest you put an eye glass to it and describe (if not photograph) what you see - but you'll get m' gist!
Why am I here? Well I am about to post my second Cladophora post, so was looking though all the others, as any good iSpotter should do.
