Sepsis

Agree with Sepsis, but I don't think there is any reason to assume fulgens is likely. There just is not enough detail to start to think about a species...there are several common ones.

Just a footnote it normally waves its wings around and is found around dung or decaying plant and animal material. Quite a few candidates as said
