Males still in velvet so antlers not looking very palmate, but I think you have a mixture of animals in summer pelage (chestnut brown with white spots) and winter (dark grey with less distinct spots). Shows distinctive long, dark tail - too long for sika and also wrong location.

There is a dark variety that never looses its winter coat, could explain why they are so dark in July.
