Called "bloodsuckers" by children

Called "bloodsuckers" by children - at least when I was young! Often on umbellifer flowers.

Michael is right -

But these days is is often called (euphemistically) "Hogweed Bonking Beetle": that's where it is often found, and what it is found doing - with enthusiasm.
