Sedum

I'm not familiar with this plant, so I looked it up. Apparently it's a common ingredient of green roof plantings, so it will probably be appearing more often as birds rip bits off.

I'm not familiar with it

I'm not familiar with it either, and it's definitely a cultivated rather than a 'wild' flower. I too looked it up - mainly US web pages, one of which boasts of the 'critter resistance' of the plant! Thanks for help, both of you. It's always interesting to discover something new.
