I say Eudonia, you say Dipleurina

I believe David is referring to the usage in Europe at least. It is Eudonia lacustrata in Microlepidoptera of Europe vol.4, Pyraloidea 1. I don't think this usage has been formally endorsed for British usage though I'm sure it will be.
And yes, I'll go with that determination.

Eudonia

is used in the Sterling, Parsons and Lewington guide and the limited number of moth recorders I have asked suggest using the names in that book for preference.
