ID

You will probably get an ID if you rather post on www.ispot.org.za - iSpot ZA!

CURATORIAL EDIT

Initial ID bedruggled by wrong syntax. Observation can be saved by fixing syntax. May be Apocynaceae, but I should not guess. For your evaluation.

A bug???

I have raised this already: it appears that adding an interaction hides the coordinates from the dictionaries: so these observations are "dictionariless" This can be fixed if the author changes the coordinates (not neccessarily changes, just "edits" and saves) after the interaction and then the locality is seen by iSpot.

This was picked up on my Peruvian observations and I owe the detectivework to bird fundies in the UK.
