P. phrygianus is a species with distinctly marked legs and is found mostly in conifer plantations in the N. England / Scotland. So, it would seem a bit unlikely that you have a plain-legged version in gorse on the South Coast. It's probably just a Linyphia or something but it's hard to say from that photo.
