It appears to have a dorsal scutum which narrows down the options considerably - but not adequately. Potential options include Theridiidae: Enoplognatha thoracica (only in male - yours looks female), and Linyphiidae: Ceratinella species (notably C.scabrosa). Hopefully a spider expert will step in......
