These are growing on edge of small 'stream'. I have not noticed them anywhere else. This clump have been at this place for years. At rough guess I would say flowers about 35mm across. Can't get close enough to them to tell for sure.

Luteus or a hybrid

M. guttatus is supposed to have predominantly yellow flowers which would rule it out in this case.

I wouldn’t be confident enough to rule out a hybrid Monkeyflower from the photo, though I can't see any hairs on the calyx which according to Stace does mean that M. luteus is correct.
