From what we can see ..

... it looks like Cirsium arvense. If it's not then I suggest that you consider the Carduus thistles.

Side view of flower head

Side view of flower head would be useful & a more advanced flowerhead + the main stem. I know its been said before about not going by the amount of webbing, but there appears to be rather a lot for Cirsium arvense.
