Hard to say. Definetly warber of some sort. Poss first summer whitethroat.

Age and sex uncertain.

This is a Common Whitethroat, but it is difficult to be sure whether or not it is a male from this photo. Warblers are generally not possible to age in the field at this time of year - it may not eaven be possible if the bird was in the hand.
