Found in Manuel Antonio along the side of the trail, this was a tiny toad.

Scientific Name

I'm getting Ollotis melanochlora as the scientific name when I google Wet Forest Toad...which is the correct one?

Yes, it is the same.

Yes, it is the same. Amphibian names are in flux at the moment due to lots of taxonomic work, although I haven't heard Ollotis before. The IUCN use Incilius and that's good enough for me. The first result on google is Ollotis but most that follow seem to be Incilius.
