Description:

The plant that I can't identify here is the one with the round flower/seed heads on stalks that are reminiscent of stonecrop.

I womdered whether this was a cudweed ...

... but I though that the flower heads were too tight. On the other hand an identification as a cudweed would explain that lack of the basal rosette.

I am not sure what character

I am not sure what character we can rely on from these pictures, I though it had more of a a cudweed look and the ecology of Erodium better matches cudweed than Antennaria.

I was working on the theory ...

... that (if it was Antennaria) it was a garden escape. But on second thoughts I think that you've got a better chance of being right.
