These appear to be caterpillars starting to pupate,
but I would like to know what type.
There were several of them and all were on nettles.

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

If you change

The classification to "Fungi and Slime Moulds", then more of the experts in this area will see it. Some use filters to cut down the number of observations they have to wade through.

It is obvious that WLr intended for the panel to show P.urticata. I think, even in 2013, this was properly called urticata. It seems possible that the UKSI Dictionary may not have been updated OR, just perhaps, the Drop-down was not used correctly - see 2012 post here
Either way, Likely will remain with the current Currant Clustercup Rust for a long time yet!
