It's near the edge Rob but I have agreed. you won't get many more!
Why am I here? Well I am researching my own at the moment and have come to this expecting a safe ID.
Obviously it is a very difficult call for a near novice but your few descriptive words fit it to a tee and the picture is excellent.
Unheard of, of course, in my home County!.
Notwithstanding, I will probably be forced to ID mine simply Agromyza though I suspect it too is A.anthracina.
PS
However...I have completed my post and all the research needed for a positive ID. My find, first for the County, has been confirmed by Brian Pitkin, so I'm feeling more comfortable.
