This plant thrives in my lawn, so much so that I am surprised I have never seen it outside a garden on road verges or waste places. P. angulate is the only Pratia mentioned in the New Atlas but I think this species should be one to look out for.
... and never seen Pratia angulata.
However I suspect that it can't compete on road verges and waste places - a closely mown lawn stops the grass outcompeting it.
Regrettably I have to say not all my lawn is that closely mown whilst some of the verges round here (particularly anything approaching botanically interesting) are.
