Is this a Grey Wagtail?

Wagtail -- (1 of 2)

One of a small group of birds that appeared to me to be behaving in typical wagtail manner - short, fast flights near water. I assumed it was a Grey Wagtail (Motacilla Cinerea), but checking my RSPB Handbook, I see that males have yellow chests and black throats, females white throats & chests. This bird has a yellow chest and white throat. So - an immature male? or something else?

OK - it is a non-breeding male

I have just found a photo of a non-breeding male on a website - it is just like this, so I just need to add a note to my bird book.

It is

Is a Grey Wag, yes. If you edit your sighting and hit 'get recommended' that would complete it. Bit of black on the chin suggests male. Wing-coverts look pretty worn, so might be a young male (born last year).
