Hi Loose & Leafy,
This is a great plant for foraging bumblebees. In the garden, it has the habit of spreading everywhere!

Interesting that Green Alkanet has a habit of spreading in a domestic garden. The plant inthe photograph is in a wild bit of land. I've noticed it in the same place over several years and it hasn't spread in any significant way so far. Always fascinating to see how plants behave in the wild compared to 'back home'. Invertebrates too. In my garden there are masses of aphids. In the wild, so far, I have come across none.
