It is difficult to make out the nature of the apothecia here. I think this is Tremolecia atrata, and not the rather similar Rhizocarpon oederi, but photos comparable in size to your red-fruited Ophioparma ventosa would allow for more confidence.
As Nigel says, it is probably Tremolecia atrata, but there are look-alikes and a larger, closer photograph is needed.
