Similar Flowers.

There are other species of Euonymus, the most likely similar species is E. latifolius, but that usually has five petals, E. japonicus also has similar flowers but is evergreen. Plants from the genus Celastrus, same family as Euonymus (Celastraceae), also have flowers that look like Spindle flowers.
