Plateumaris

This is certainly a Plateumaris sericea/discolor. Some only accept discolor as a species. You can see the large femoral spine and the rounded end to the elytra which tells from Donacia spp. Colour is not reliable.
The shininess of the elytra is also distinctive compared to Donacia species which mostly have flattened elytra with obvious angled corners to tip. See http://www.biol.uni.wroc.pl/cassidae/European%20Chrysomelidae/plateumari... for excellent pictures
