But leucistic, I think. This is caused by a lack of pigment, but unlike albinism it isn't usually genetic. It is linked to poor diet or illness in most cases, I believe.
Ophrys is probably right about the species (he usually is!), but with very pale birds like this, it's difficult to be sure.
