This is probably Common Sallow, Salix cinerea subsp. oleifolia, but a better view of the leaves is needed for certainty.
Commonly, up here, its hybrid with Eared Sallow, Salix aurita, is as common or more common than either parent, and I cannot tell which it is, for certain, from the photos.
