Looks like crack willow...

...the shape and colour of the leaves is correct, the position - ie near to water! - is correct, the only negative is that the tree is very upright, whereas crack willow are normally found reclining and untidy, having succumbed to gravity and their inclination to crack, split, and tumble down.

But it might be a youngish tree.
