Description:

I found these small feathers (see coin for scale) on the floor of a densely shaded deciduous woodland. I'm not sure the pictures show it very well, but the feathers have a slightly bluish tinge to them. Does anyone know what species they might have come from?

I'm saying magpie purely

I'm saying magpie purely because of the clear bluish tinge but other corvid species have that UV quality to their feathers, in my experience I've always found it clearest in magpies.
