Interesting rabbit

This looks to be an adult, interesting. I strongly suspect it may be a pet rabbit that has been released. Albino rabbits, along with other colours are born all the time but they are picked off by predators long before they reach adulthood to breed. For this to be a wild rabbit it would have to be extremely lucky or there be no predators in the area.

Released rabbit ??

Hi Graham - I can understand why you might think this pic is of a released rabbit, but I'm not so sure. The location is very rural & it was seen close to a number of burrows & other wild rabbits. Admittedly there would be the usual predators about, but perhaps they have just not got round to targeting this one as yet.
