Discoid forkweed (Polyides rotundus) growing in a rockpool, Lyme regis, UK, May.
Description:

Cartliginous, cylindrical red/brown fronds with forked tips. New to me, but matches descriptions and imaged for this species well e.g.: http://brphycsoc.org/descriptions/Polyides_rotundus.html
No idea yet what the delicate one alongside it is.
