Certainly not any of the affinis group - no dark spot at the junction of pinna and rhachis.
Is this a section of the whole frond, or just one branch from it? If the former, I have trouble with Tim's ID of dilatata. That part of the frond that we can see looks too parallel-sided, and I'd expect to see more pinnate lobing of the pinnules appearing by the lower part that's in view.
It would be nice to see the whole frond, and to know where it was found..
