Forming the panel

The panel is flawed by the addition of a sub-species.
I cannot speak for the subspecies but there are lots of aberents - see http://www.ispotnature.org/projects/aberent-forms-of-the-wall-brown-lasi...
Ill formed panel usually means that observations do not appear in Other Obs. nor do they have their own. This usually mean no-one sees them. To complete the whole process it needs an agreement to make my ID Likely (Peter?).
