Looks like a Sedge warbler to me?
Hi Snailtoto - no streaking on the bird's upperparts, so not a Sedge W. Can see where the rather strong-looking supercilium would take you that route though. The rather dumpy build with a fine delicate bill and long slender legs point towards Phylloscopus and, as Ian says, the primary projection and face pattern look a bit more like Willow W. than Chiffchaff...
PS: Ian, do you need to hit 'get recommended' on this one?

Willow Warbler seems most likely; in addition to the plumage & structural reasons Ian gives, Willow Warbler is much more numerous than Chiffchaff in the far northwest.
