Description:

About 100m off cliff in not moving fast almost circling, dived could clearly hear its blow hole venting with force. 3 breaths then diving for 1 to 2 minutes. Relatively big and slow moving.

Whale

The fin is set back in the last quarter of the body indicating this is a whale. From the shape of the fin I'm happy to agree with it being a minkie; also the commonest whale in the area.
