... narrow-leaved form of Sorbus aria, rather than one of the East Asian whitebeams (ex Micromeles) or Himalayan (sect. Thibeticae) whitebeams but I can't be sure.
I'm not sure it's Crataegus x lavallei but I think it is a valid alternative to a Sorbus, so I've added it for consideration as an alternative identification. See illustrations at the following,
