Definitely A. nemorum

This is definitely the Common Flower Bug. There are quite a few other species, though, and it's a really tricky group, in general. Among the most important characters is which bits of the wing are reflective, so flash can be really handy when identifying these...

In this case the wings are entirely reflective, and the markings are diagnostic - a nice clear hourglass-shape on the membrane, and a clear dark spot in the middle of each forewing.
