Observed: 5th May 2013 By: Melody Askari
Picture of a moth we found on Bank Holiday Monday
P1060772
Description:

We found this little fellow wandering around in the grass after we cleared out coal shed.
It was a fairly substantial moth. We have never seen one like it before. We think it might be a Black Arches Tussocks?

Reclassify

If you reclassify this as invertebrate rather than "other organism" it is more likely someone who knows what they are doing will see it.

Thanks - I have reclassified!

It does very much look like a Puss Moth! I have reclassified under invertebrate so perhaps we can get further confirmation.
