These are dog prints (two one on top of the other).
The cross on the print of a fox is much clearer, also a foxes paw is narrower and more elongated.
The key thing to look at is not so easy to describe. Imagine a line between the front edge of the two outer toe pads. In foxes the front toes protrude beyond the line so there is no overlap between the outer and inner toes unlike dogs (and these prints). View other fox prints on iSpot to see what I mean.
