Very nice fly to find. Unfortunately, as Jeremy says, pretty much impossible to identify from a photo. I have had Myopa buccata twice, this week, but the wings of yours are slightly overexposed, making it very hard to see the colour of the cross veins.
The 'white foam' on the face is the hairy bearded jowl, one of the features of some Myopa.
A couple of keys here, though they won't really help you get to an ID, I suspect!
