Pellet about 4cms long with quite large bones in it.
No interactions present.
At 4cm it is a little on the small side for short eared owl but it is the most probable culprit considering where you found it.
If you still have the pellet tease it apart and photograph the bones you find. Then post the photo on mammals and I'll identify the prey, from that we might have a better idea of what coughed it up.
