thanks for extra pictures, certainly either polita or hirsuta; my gut reaction is probably polita as the leaf base is not quite cordate enough and it doesn't seem very hairy on the leaf surface.

Basal Leaves

I will take another look at the leaves. This plant is very common on the Isle of Man. I noticed 'Clive Stace's' book 'New Flora of the British Isles' gives explicit mention of Hirsuta being native. But no mention on polita.
