I agree we cannot see enough of this to be positive.
The flowers seem to be a fairly pure purple and are quite narrow, and in photo 1 we can just see, out of focus, that the leaves are at least slightly decurrent - but it is impossible to judge how well developed this character is.
My preference is for this being the purple form of Common Comfrey (Symphytum officinale var. officinale), but no way to be sure, especially as backcrosses between Russian Comfrey and Common Comfrey seem to occur.
