I saw it on my window and took this.
It was quite large, 3cm or so?

I'm not familiar with the name "Eyed Longhorn Beetle", but we may be talking about the same species, Rhagium bifasciatum is in the longhorn beetle family.

This is the species I got wrong yesterday (see "Other observations", above), nice to have photos showing views of the top and underside.
