Water plants and a flower.
Flower closeup.
Description:

A water plant. Does this flower belong to these leaves? Could this be a Water Plantain? The pond is not natural, so this must have been planted in it at some stage.

The flower looks as if it belongs to ...

... Alismatidae or Hydrocharitaceae (but it would be very early for Alisma). The leaves are too young for me to say either way.

Thanks ..

I'll check the pond again later in the year.
