Growing land side of the dunes. Upright plant with narrow leaves in opposite pairs which geometrically alternate by 90 degrees with the pair below. Initial impression of flowers was a green open mouth viper as the bracts which make up the flower are triangular with the stigma and stamen in the 'throat'.
