No interactions present.
Definitely looks like pair of Helophilus. Male and female both have eyes seperated at top of head. Most other genera (including Myathropa) have eyes joining in males, as I understand.
Thank you all for the ID's. I had eliminated this one because of lack on yellow stripe on thorax. Did not know about the eye ID.
