Not at all confident that this is A. flavipes. It looks a bit more like A. labialis to me... but I can not be at all certain though
I agree it can't be flavipes as the abdominal bands are far too narrow. I'm inclined towards bucephala rather than labialis, as the narrow hair bands are definitely continuously (widely broken in labialis). Also the strongly golden yellow scopa suggests bucephala.
