Mike, this is not really a good pic of a nettle. You might want to replace it with a better one. See recent Forum discussion in this general point.

I don't think there are any

I don't think there are any other UK genera with stinging hairs like this and small nettle does not look enough like this. Much better to use the actual plant to be sure its the actual interaction.

Easier on the eye

Mike - I agree with Jonathan. A easier picture of a nettle without the imposition of puccinia would be MUCH better.
