Don't suppose you have a tighter crop on the pronotum?

Only I spot a potential beetle/fungus interaction, bottom left of the pronotum just above the toothed hind angle ~ looks like laboulbenia.

Of course the beetle is pretty mucky, but that upright peg shape in the lower LH corner of the pronotum looks very much like a laboulb, and paranchus is particularly prone to them.
